Dr Lindsay Best
Dr. Lindsay Best understands that the connection between the brain and body forms the foundation of health, directing every tissue, cell, and organ. When this communication is disrupted, it can affect how the body functions and adapts to stress. With this in mind, she works carefully to identify areas of interference in the nervous system that may limit performance and well-being.
Using a variety of chiropractic techniques, Dr. Best tailors her approach to each person’s needs and preferences. Whether seeking pain relief, improved mobility, or greater balance, she adapts her care to create the best outcomes. Her focus goes beyond addressing immediate concerns, aiming to restore harmony so the body can heal naturally.
Dedicated to empowering people in their health journey, Dr. Best believes chiropractic care is more than treatment—it’s a pathway to unlocking the body’s potential, allowing individuals to move, function, and live at their best.
Dr Claire Haymon
Having personally experienced the life-changing benefits of chiropractic care, Dr. Claire was inspired to bring these advantages to others. She earned a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Adelaide, South Australia, followed by four years in London assisting a top Orthopaedic Specialist. Subsequently, attended the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.
As a former representative hockey player who continues to play regularly, she understands the toll sports can take on the body. However, she emphasises that chiropractic care extends beyond injury recovery and peak performance maintenance. It also addresses the tension and stress caused by modern lifestyles, benefiting people of all ages, including babies, children, and pregnant women.
Dr James Mackay
Dr James has been in practice for a decade now and loved every minute of it. He has worked in multiple cities across New Zealand and Australia, returning to his hometown of Auckland to start a family of his own in late 2023.
“Since being able to use my skills as a chiropractor to support my wife through a healthy pregnancy and give my child the best start at life I have a deeper appreciation for what I can provide expectant mothers and their newborns”.
Outside of his love of family and passion for his work he loves the physical and mental challenge of Brazilian jiu jitsu as a unique and fun way of staying fit.
Ellie Emmerson- Chiropractic Extern
